Where will we conduct our training sessions?

Answer

I conduct my training sessions in in, multiple outdoor areas, the comfort of your home, very nice track and field parks and private gyms.

Question

If I cancel my class can I reschedule my session?

Answer

Absolutely, but in order to reschedule I require a 24 hour notice. If your cancellation is after the 24 hour grace period, I will have to charge the session from the original package. It is an efficient way to maintain compliance and the flow of business.

If I purchase a package do I get a t –shirt?

Answer

If you purchase a package you do get a Fitness Engineers NY T-Shirt.

Do you sell single classes?

Answer

No I do not sell single classes. My single class is an introductory class in which I use to test, observe and to learn more about you. Single classes aren’t beneficial to you. You can’t expect results by taking 1 class.

If I get hurt are you responsible for the injury obtained during the session

Answer

I practice a safe and efficient technique that minimizes the risk of obtaining an injury; but unfortunately injuries can occur. You are participating at your own risk. I am not liable for injuries obtained during a session.

Do you require a commitment?

Answer

I do not require a commitment but is in your best interest that you fully commit to the classes in which you purchase. You get what you put in, inside and outside of the scope of my training.

Are there any membership fees?

Answer

At this time there aren’t any membership fees. Everything is included within the price of the package. This is subject to change when my facility opens up in the near future. Having a member ship at the point will be discussed.

Do you guarantee results?

Answer

I don’t guarantee results. In order for you to obtain the results you are looking for, you are to hold yourself responsible with your diet and fitness regimen., THAT I PROVIDE! Lack of sleep, poor eating habits, medical condition and stress all can have a significant impact on your goals.
