Here I am combining two exercises to form a circuit.  This is a high intensity exercise circuit.  Great way to shed and improve the cardiovascular system. This type of exercise should only be used when you have established a baseline for cardiovascular. If you are a beginner or have high blood pressure you may want to stay away from this type of exercise until you are cleared or feel that you are ready.
